Common Questions

What is ATS and why does it matter?

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software used by most employers to automatically filter CVs before a human ever reads them. It scans for keywords from the job description and ranks or rejects candidates based on how well their CV matches.

A high ATS score means your CV uses the same language as the job posting, increasing the chance it reaches a recruiter. This tool analyses your keyword match and (Optionally) rewrites your CV using the exact terminology from the job description.

What file format does my CV need to be in?

PDF only, maximum 10 MB. The file must contain selectable text. Scanned image PDFs (where the text is a picture) cannot be processed. If your CV was created in Word, Google Docs, or a similar tool, export it as PDF and it will work correctly.

Will using the CV rewriting feature improve my ATS score?

No. Your ATS score is determined by how well your actual CV matches the job requirements. Rewriting enhances presentation of matched skills, not your true match percentage. If your score is 40%, rewriting won't make it 70%, but it will help that 40% appear more prominently for ATS systems.

What if I have a low ATS score?

A low score means your CV is missing keywords the job requires. Double check for missing experience or focus on applying to jobs that better match your actual skills. Rewriting is best when your score is moderate to high, which means you have relevant experience that can be better presented.

Should I use Regex or AI analysis?

Regex (Free): Fast keyword extraction. Good for a quick preview. AI Analysis: Deeper understanding of context. Better for strategic job matching. You may start with Regex to preview, then use AI for jobs you're seriously considering.

Will you store my uploded CV or job description?

No. The CV provided and job descriptions are automatically deleted after processing. Your ATS score and rewritten CV (if requested) are stored encrypted in your account, and you can delete them manually anytime. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

What are tokens purpose?

Token is the service currency. You buy them once and use them whenever you want, no subscription required. You only consume them when you analyze or rewrite with the use of AI.

How can I buy tokens?

We have partened with Payment processors to let you buy tokens using any major Credit Card or Digital Wallets (according to your country).

How long do tokens last?

Unused tokens never expire.

Why might I get different results each time?

AI language models are probabilistic, they do not produce a single fixed answer. Each run is influenced by subtle variation in how the model samples its output, meaning two identical inputs can yield slightly different phrasings, structures, or keyword placements.

This is expected behaviour. If a result does not feel right, simply submit the job again. You may find a subsequent run produces a better-fitting.

How accurate is the AI output? Should I verify it?

AI can and does make mistakes. It may misread a date, misattribute a skill, rephrase an achievement inaccurately, or occasionally introduce content that was not in your original CV.

Always review the rewritten CV carefully before using it. You are responsible for the accuracy of any document you submit to an employer. Never send an AI-generated CV without first checking every section against your original.

Should I remove personal details from my CV before uploading?

We recommend removing or anonymising sensitive personal data that is not relevant to the job application, such as your full home address, national ID number, date of birth, or photograph.

Your CV text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing (see our Privacy Policy). While Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default, minimising the personal data you share is always good practice.

Can I use this to fabricate or exaggerate my experience?

No. This tool is designed to help you present real experience more effectively, not to invent qualifications or achievements you do not have.

Submitting a CV with false information to an employer is a serious matter that can result in immediate dismissal, legal consequences, and lasting damage to your professional reputation.

Does this service guarantee I'll get a job?

No. CVs Analyzer improves your CV presentation and ATS keyword matching, which increases the likelihood of your application reaching a human recruiter. However, hiring success depends on your qualifications, experience, market conditions, and hiring team decisions (factors beyond CV optimization).

This service does not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment of any kind.

Can I get a refund for a misused token?

No. Every AI processing comes with an associated cost which cannot be reverted nor refunded.
